Prime refers to the appointment at 7:30 - 8: 00 on weekdays and entire Saturday. Normal refers to the appointment at 8:30 - 16:00 on weekdays. There are around £60/person extra fee for Prime appointment. The detailed charge can be found on TLScontact official website or the appointment letter. This is only applied to France🇫🇷, Germany🇩🇪, Switzerland🇨🇭, Belgium🇧🇪.
When appointments are temporarily booked, we neeed to pay the reservation fee on your behalf through each country's official website to reserve the booking.
We collect the reservation fee based on the country you select with the highest price. Once your appointment is reserved, any overcharged amount will be automatically refunded. This fee will be also fully-refunded to you if you request a service cancellation from us before the appointment is booked. However, once the appointment is booked, this fee is generally non-refundable and you need to consult the official for their detailed refund policy.
